We all need a sanctuary. We all need a peaceful foundation so that no matter what shakes us, the base of joy and liberation remains unshakable. Grounded from deep within.

    Ground your body and mind with meditation, breathwork, and energizing Vinyasa flow, awakening your inner strength and setting the tone for a balanced and intentional day. Similar to Balance & Breathe, but in the morning.

  • Vinyasa with Yoga Nidra

    A dynamic yet grounding practice combining breath-led Vinyasa to build focus and stability, followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to reset your energy for the rest of the day.

  • Meditation, Vinyasa, and Pranayma

    A harmonizing practice weaving meditation, gentle Vinyasa, and breathwork to cultivate steadiness, clarity, and inner peace as you transition into the night. Similar to Root & Rise, but in the evening.

  • Restorative with Yoga Nidra

    Room lis it with red light which reduces inflammation & improves sleep.

    A soothing blend of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and guide you into a state of deep relaxation for a restful evening.
